Here's my project 3!
I had to make some quality of life and practicality changes from the drafts, but I still think it turned out ok. Hear that website? I still love you!

Re: Project three roughs
Hey there! I like your 1-a and 1-b roughs, they really capture the dark and noble soul of a struggling artist. The chain of consumed cookies for navigation are great too! (maybe have them get chunks get "bitten" out on mouse over?) I think they might look better without the white backgroun...

Re: Project Three - Roughs
Hey there, These are great, I love the header image that you've compiled, it's so beautiful! I personally prefer the rough 1 design set, the images look better at a large scale, and having fewer images visible at one time keeps the design from getting overwhelming, since the pictures themselves are ...

Re: Project 3 Roughs
Hey there, It's hard to tell which draft suits the designer better without example pictures, but I personally prefer the first, blue and orange design. The mountains in the background are glorious, and I like how the dark lines separate the different website elements. Also, to add on to Stephski's c...

Re: Project 3 Roughs
Oh my goodness, these are nice! The first set of roughs are better by MILES, the colors are great, and it feels like the featured pieces are like, creatures in a jungle! The design also suits the whole Disney thing. I also like the unique shape of the navbar, and the way it's being pushed down by an...

Re: Proj 3 Roughs
Hey there, I agree with the previous comments, the top set of roughs with black background look the best. The blue navbar with simple black background keeps all the attention on the amazing photos! I also like the mobile design for this set of roughs, it's very simple, but it works quite well. As fo...

Re: Project #3 ~ prelim
Hey there, Your second set of roughs are absolutely fantastic, those line and dot borders are so fun! Wish I'd thought of those! X D I like the background on the first set too, but the bright colors are just awesome against white. I'm especially fond of the vertical navigation you've got going on, i...

Re: Project 3 ~ roughs
Hey there, I really like the limited color scheme you've gone with for these designs. Very classy and elegant! I especially like the sepia tones that pop up in some of the photos. Perhaps you could incorporate hints of that color elsewhere in the design to increase cohesion, perhaps as accent colors...

Re: Project 3 Roughs
Hey there, I really like your first roughs(the teal and orange ones), your color scheme is so rich and inviting, and goes very well with the art pieces shown in your drafts. That big sans serif title combined with blocks of color also go well with the graphic style of the artist. rough 2 seems a lit...

Project 3 Roughs
Here are my roughs for project 3. The artist I chose to focus on is Abigail Harding, a comics and illustration artist who is quite popular on social media. I really love her inking techniques and inventive creature design. Obviously, rough 1 is the favored one, and I've already started working on it...
