I am leaning towards your second design. I am liking the color scheme. It is sitting a lot nicer than the first design. I am also liking the images on the second design more.

I love your enthusiastic marketing! That will serve you well for your clients. Both of the designs are doable, but the first is delicate with much beauty. the first leaf does not feel like it is placed naturally. I am sure you will take readability in account when doing your final placement of branches. I would like to see the 2nd design on a wine bottle.
