Throwing in my vote for the second one, it feels more balanced with the logo centered and it brings more attention to the texture of your background, creating an overall feel of unity. Since you've included links to social media on your first one, I agree with Elizabeth that it'd be good if you could bring that in to the second concept. We do all like our one-click links, after all.

I like your designs...
they are very similar.
I would have to say I like the layout with the Centered Logo at the top.
But I like the logo design that is on the left side.
