Very clean and well thought out. The color scheme is really clean and I like the design of the logo. But to me, it seems a little too basic and I can barely read some the descriptions that you put onto the page. But a great start.

Great work, Adam. The first design is definitely my pick because of skateboard environment and designs that you put into the logo. Although, I suggest on changing the background a little bit. It's a little distracting and lose the focus of the product. But awesome work, dude. Keep up the good work.
